I called Pan American when I started shopping for auto insurance when my rate went sky high. I had the most awesome customer service starting with my telephone call with a guy named Manny then went in to buy and sign papers with an agent named Connie. She was great and so sweet that I ended up asking her for a quote on our home insurance. These folks there at Pan American are the nicest. Totally recommend them!!!!
